Accessibility statement
Our commitment to making care reachable for everyone — online and in our office.
Our commitment
Lennox Family Dental is committed to ensuring that our website and our physical practice are accessible to people with disabilities. We strive to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, which define how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities.
Accessibility is an ongoing process. We review our practice and website regularly and work continuously to improve.
What we do on the web
- Semantic HTML structure with proper heading hierarchy for screen reader navigation.
- Alt text on meaningful images and ARIA labels on functional icons.
- Keyboard-accessible navigation, with visible focus indicators on all interactive elements.
- Sufficient color contrast for text and interactive elements (AA-level minimums).
- Responsive design that adapts to assistive technologies and zoomed text.
- "Skip to main content" link at the top of every page.
- Reduced-motion respect for users who set a system preference.
- Captions and transcripts wherever video or audio is provided.
What we do at our office
- Accessible entrance with no stairs or other physical barriers at the front door.
- Accessible parking immediately adjacent to the entrance.
- Accessible restroom available to patients.
- Spanish-speaking staff on duty every day we are open.
- Large-print materials available on request.
- Service animals welcome.
- Quiet rooms and noise-reducing accommodations available on request for patients with sensory sensitivities.
Need an accommodation?
If you encounter any accessibility barrier on our website, in scheduling, in billing, or in our office — please tell us. We will work with you to provide the information, service, or accommodation you need.
You can reach us in any of these ways:
- Phone: (310) 412-8013 (Spanish and English)
- Email: [email protected]
- In person: 10823 Hawthorne Blvd, Suite A, Inglewood, CA 90304
If you'd like a written response, please include your name, the page or service you had trouble with, the assistive technology you use (if any), and how we can best contact you.
Third-party content
Some third-party services embedded in our site (for example, Google Maps) may not be fully under our control. We choose third-party services that prioritize accessibility, and we provide alternative ways to access the same information whenever possible — for instance, address and directions are available as plain text on the same page as an embedded map.
Filing a formal complaint
Most accessibility concerns can be resolved by contacting us directly. If you believe our office has discriminated against you on the basis of disability, you may also file a complaint with the U.S. Department of Justice under Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act. Information on how to file is available at ada.gov.
